Individual Coaching

.  Program created and designed to meet the needs of each individual client

.  Schedule weekly 45 minute telephone sessions followed up with support email

.  Progress reviewed on a regular basis

.  Support, tools and strategies used to provide fresh insights to help move from intention to reality. 

Fees range from $100-$350/mo (CAD)           depending on individual needs
